Len Archer

Len Archer has a career spanning 32 years in both the Fire Service and Law Enforcement. His vitae includes certification endorsements from The National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications - Hazardous Materials Technician, the Virginia Department of Fire Programs - Fire Instructor and The National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications - Fire Investigator. He is Certified as an NFPA 1033 Fire Investigator, NFPA 1031 Fire Inspector through the Virginia Fire Marshal Academy, and has investigated over 1000 structural, vehicle and wildland fires. Len is a Certified K9 Handler through the Maine State Police Canine Accelerant Detector School. He is a Court-certified "Expert witness" in both Criminal and Civil cases, as well as, a Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services Private Investigator. Len received advanced training in Environmental Crimes Investigation, Response to Bombings / Post-Blast Pathology, The Reid School of Interview and Interrogation and the IAAI - Effective Investigation & Testimony. He is an active member of the Central Virginia Fire and Arson Association, The International Association of Arson Investigators and The National Association of Fire Investigators.
